Does the product have size?

A. 

Mostly our products are available in all size. However, few products are available in S,M, L and XL
due the stock last. We will notify on the product page if the concerning product is available in varied sizes or all size.See measurement size below (in cm):

S : Bust 84-86, Waist 69-71, Hips 90-92.

M : Bust 88-90, Waist 74-76, Hips 94-96.

L : Bust 92-94, Waist 79-82, Hips 100-102.

XL : Bust 96-98, Waist 84-86, Hips 105-107.

All Size : Bust 86-92, Waist 71-79, Hips 92-100

Q. 

When I can receive my order?

A. 

Domestic orders takes up to 2 - 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities
while international orders would take 5 - 15 working days.

 

Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
 

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received full amount of payment. The shipping process will count after payment confirmed. We try our best to deliver all domestic and international orders as soon as possible. As all our products is handmade manufactured.

Are your product manufactured in Indonesia?

Yes, our products are self manufactured in Indonesia.

Q. 

Do you accept credit card payment?

A. 

No, for now, we only can accept by transfer to our account. For purchase by credit card and
instalment, please kindly go to our others stockist: Loveandflair, Dresshaus, Tokopedia and Blibli.

Q. 

Do you refund or exchange?

A. 

We do exchange only for size if there any stock last (not apply for all size product) or if the product has any defect. Contact our customer service for more details.

Q. 

What is the difference for fitting service and alteration service?

A. 

Fitting service means our fitter will go to your place as appointment to do personalized fitting.
Alteration is the process of altering. You can choose only alteration or both, do as you please. Feel free to contact us for appointment or more.

Q. 

Can I get my order earlier than the estimated delivery time?

A. 

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order.

What do I do if I have received the package but there is a problem with the product?
